Tickets purchased directly through Arte Museum New York (on-site or official website) may be refunded up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Requests within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If you received a voucher instead of a cash refund, please contact your original purchase platform — voucher vs. cash refund terms are set by each OTA's own policy.

OTA-purchased tickets are subject to each platform's own cancellation and refund policy. Tickets purchased directly through Arte Museum New York may be refunded up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Please select your purchase platform above for specific guidance.
To reschedule, simply present your original unused ticket confirmation when you arrive on your new preferred date. Our reception team will assist you at the front desk — no prior notice is required.so possible on the day of your original visit.
Rescheduling is also possible on the day of your original visit. Our reception team will be happy to accommodate you upon arrival.
If rescheduling between a weekday and a weekend (or vice versa), any applicable price difference will be collected on-site at the time of the visit.

Can I reschedule on the day of my visit at the front desk?
Same-day rescheduling at the front desk is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend contacting us in advance to secure your preferred date and avoid any inconvenience.
Is there a price difference when rescheduling weekday ↔ weekend?
Ticket prices may differ between weekday and weekend visits. If rescheduling to a higher-priced date, you may be required to pay the difference. If rescheduling to a lower-priced date, the price difference will be non-refundable.

What does the GA + ARTE CAFE ticket include?
General admission plus ARTE CAFÉ — an interactive ~15 min experience with sweet beverages and art projected on the table. An additional $5 over the GA price.
Can I use a photo ID for discount verification?
Yes. Any form of valid photo ID is accepted for discount verification at the front desk.
I work at another museum — is there a reciprocal or staff discount?

We are located at 61 Chelsea Piers, New York, NY 10011, within the Chelsea Piers complex along the Hudson River waterfront.
How do I get there by subway?
The nearest subway station is 23rd St (C/E lines) on 8th Avenue — approximately a 10–15 minute walk to Chelsea Piers. The M23 SBS crosstown bus from 23rd St also connects directly to the piers.
Is there a bus stop nearby?
Yes. The M23 SBS bus stops directly at Chelsea Piers on 23rd Street & 12th Avenue — the most convenient bus option from Midtown.
Can I arrive by bike or Citi Bike?
Yes. The Hudson River Greenway bike path runs directly alongside Chelsea Piers. A Citi Bike station is available nearby at W 22nd St & 12th Ave.
Can I take a taxi or rideshare (Uber / Lyft)?
Yes. Ask your driver to drop off at Chelsea Piers, Pier 61, or enter 61 Chelsea Piers, New York, NY 10011 in your rideshare app.

Guided tours are not available. The exhibition is designed to be fully self-guided, allowing guests to explore all installations freely at their own pace.

On average, visitors spend about 90 minutes to 2 hours. The experience is fully self-paced, so you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
