- Last admission is at 6pm from Monday to Thursday, and 8pm on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Open year-round.

- Please follow all Arte Museum New York viewing guidelines.
- Visitors are responsible for any injury or damage caused by failure to follow these guidelines.
- Please use the restroom located inside the MD Shop before entering the exhibition.
- Visitors who disrupt others’ experience may be asked to leave the exhibition.
- Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in security intervention and possible police involvement.
- All forms of smoking, including vaping, are prohibited inside the venue.
- No food or beverages (including water, gum, or candy) are permitted in the exhibition hall.
- Do not touch or lean on the exhibits.
- Visitors are responsible for any damage to Arte Museum property caused by negligence.
- For your safety, avoid running and be cautious around mirrored walls and dimly lit areas.
- Pregnant visitors, seniors, and those sensitive to low light are encouraged to visit with a companion.
- Visitors with heart conditions, seizure disorders, or other medical concerns should proceed with caution.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The exhibition features scents designed to complement the artwork, which are safe for humans.
